Biden Awards Pelosi, Gore, Bloomberg, and 16 Others the Medal of Freedom

Former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), former Vice President Al Gore, former New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg, and 18 others were awarded the Medal of Freedom by President Joe Biden.

Pelosi expressed gratitude to Biden for the award, stating that it was an honor to receive an award that is based on the American value of freedom.

Pelosi posted on X, saying in part,

“It was with great appreciation that I received the Presidential Medal of Freedom from our great and patriotic President of the United States Joe Biden. The Medal is an honor that is respected because it is about America‚Äôs highest value: freedom.”

Biden praised Pelosi and said about her winning the award,

“Nancy Pelosi will be known forever as the greatest Speaker of the House in American history.”

Fox & Friends hosts Pete Hegseth and Rachel Campos-Duffy joked about Biden’s list. Hegseth said Donald Trump, Elon Musk, and the U.S. Border Patrol should be given the medal, but he said Paul Pelosi, Susan Rice, and Gavin Newsom would probably have a better chance.

Campos-Duffy then joked,

“Well maybe Paul Pelosi needs the hammer instead of the medal.”

The other recipients of the Medal of Freedom include:

John Kerry
Gregory Boyle
James Clyburn
Elizabeth Dole
Phil Donahue
Medgar Wiley Evers (posthumous)
Clarence Jones
Frank Lautenberg (posthumous)
Kathleen Ledecky
Opal Lee
Ellen Ochoa

Medal of Freedom…free to make money at the taxpayers’ expense. Pelosi’s insider trading is outrageous and Kerry banking the green over Green Agenda is blasphemous.
Biden must be using Stalin’s definition of freedom. Just a travesty.
